These disposable sheets are 12x12 throw-away parchment paper sheets coming in a tube of 36 individual sheets. The sheets are supplementary to the normal 'polyscreen' sheets which come as a standard addition to every Excalibur Dehydrator. ParaFlexx(tm) sheets are non-stick sheets we recommend for use with liquids and stickier/softer produce. The sheets are washable and re-usable for years to come and are micro porous which allows for drying from the bottom as well as the top.
